I know from personal experience that my thinking, limiting beliefs and attitude kept me from achieving many things throughout my life. I had no self-love, low self-worth, and spent every day suffering in despair.

In the last 10 years I have experienced the most life changing awakenings.  My personal growth journey has led me down the most beautiful (and sometimes excruciating) path to self-love, empowerment, healing, forgiveness and unbelievable growth.  For a girl who had zero love for herself this is a pretty incredible achievement.  I have overcome depression, anxiety and very unhealthy habits such as poor diet and excessive drinking to numb my hectic and sad mind.

Life has continued to knock me down at times and there have been moments that I wanted to throw in the towel and give up but I know that real and lasting change only happens when you face these adversities and never give up.  I take pride in walking my talk.  I get up, I show up and work on myself every single day because I know the more I invest in myself the more positive affect I have on others.
